·        Relate these qualities to theories of leadership.

·        From your analysis, relate how the identified leadership theories, knowledge, skills and behaviors can influence culture within an organization?

·        Discuss, using evidence from literature, how these elements of leadership impact on nurses and on patient outcomes?
